Appointments and Reservations

We strongly recommend that you schedule your spa appointments prior to your arrival. Reservations are subject to availability and must be guaranteed with either a credit card or a Gideon Putnam room reservation number. A 24 hour cancellation and/or change policy is in place in order to accommodate all of our guests. The Roosevelt Baths & Spa is open daily from 9 a.m. until 7p.m. unless otherwise noted.

What to Bring

We will provide a robe and sandals at the spa. If you feel more comfortable, please bring your bathing suit as the steam room is a bathing suit optional area. Lockers are provided for your personal belongings. We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal items. Please do not bring jewelry and other valuables. As a courtesy to other guests, we ask that cell phones be turned off during your visit. Thank you.

Arriving at the Roosevelt Baths & Spa

Please check in at the Spa Reception Desk 20 minutes prior to your first scheduled appointment. This will allow you to relax and set your mind to a peaceful, tranquil mode. Please remember that each service is scheduled precisely and will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed. Arriving late may result in a shortened service. Thank you.

Taking a Tour of the Roosevelt Baths & Spa

Due to the privacy of our guests, tours of the facility are not allowed unless arranged in advance.  Please call 800-452-7275 to arrange a tour.  Thank you.

Medical Concerns

Upon arrival to the Roosevelt Baths & Spa, you will complete a brief health form to assist the Spa Therapists in providing you with the best possible experience and to ensure maximum safety and comfort. If you are pregnant, avoid treatments using heat and deep pressure, including the steam room. Any pertinent health conditions that may affect your spa experience must be approved by a medical professional.

Age Requirements

The minimum age for a massage is 16. Children age 12 and up may receive mineral baths, salon or facial services when accompanied by an adult at check-in. Children under 12 may receive salon services when supervised by an adult.

Prices and Gratuity

Prices are subject to change without notice. Gratuities for the staff are at your discretion, however, 18-20% is customary. Envelopes are available for your convenience and may be left at the front desk. Thank you.

Groups and Parties

Let us plan a memorable day of relaxation and revitalization for your wedding party, bachelor or bachelorette party or other spa group gathering. For spa group arrangements, please e-mail the Spa Director, Michelle Calzada at mcalzada@dncinc.com.

A 72 hour cancellation or change policy is in effect for all group reservations.  This ensures we are able to accommodate all of our guests requests.  Thank you.

Directions

North/South on Route 87 (Northway) Take exit 13N to route 9. Travel approximately 3 miles. At the fourth stoplight, turn left into the Saratoga Spa State Park. Take a left onto Roosevelt Drive, through the four-way stop, until the road comes to an end. Turn right and follow the road to Roosevelt Baths & Spa.
