Drumming with Spirit – Connecting with the Hearts of our Ancestors

Join Zelda Hotaling, spirit guided healer and creator of Sacred Dream Circles and Molly Brindle of Life Clarity LLC for Drumming with Spirit as we connect with the hearts of our ancestors in a sacred circle at the Wellness Center in the Saratoga Spa State Park. Drum to the heartbeat of Nature as you create heart coherence and regulate your body rhythms as you clear your chakras and align your energy with Spirit. We follow this sacred meditation with a Forest Bathing experience among the beauty of the Spa State Park pines and oaks. The workshop takes place indoors, with a 20 minute forest bathing experience outdoors for which you’ll want to have closed toe shoes and socks.
