• The route from the hotel's accessible public entrance to the registration area is accessible. However, the registration desk is not fully accessible. Front Desk staff will come out from behind the counter to provide service at a low table in the lobby.
• The route from the hotel's accessible public entrance to the accessible guest rooms is accessible.
• The route from the hotel's accessible public entrance to the restaurant is accessible. However, the restaurant is not fully accessible.
• The route from the hotel's accessible public entrance to the meeting room / ballroom area is accessible.
• The route from the hotel's accessible public entrance to the exercise facilities is accessible. The exercise facilities are also accessible.
• The route from the hotel's accessible public entrance to the business center is accessible. The business center is also accessible.
• Accessible guest rooms with mobility features may not have doorways that provide 32" of clear width.
• The concierge desk is accessible.
• The hotel's public restrooms are accessible.
• Accessible parking spaces for cars, and van-accessible parking spaces are provided in the self-parking facility.
• Service animals are welcome.
• Braille and tactile signage is provided for permanent rooms and spaces.
• Hotel employees will read printed/visual information to guests who are blind/low vision and provide oral directions to hotel locations.
• Rooms designated as mobility accessible have features for guests with mobility disabilities, including, but not limited to:
