"First time to Saratoga, NY. I attended a business meeting and this hotel and it was a great surprise. Not your cookie cutter property, it has character, history and an amazing location. I wish we were there in the summer or fall with [the] trees surrounding the property. I was told the hotel recently went thru a renovation and you can tell. The lobby, guest rooms and public space are fresh and yet keep that historic feel. Had the chance to check out the spa (not use it) but got a tour and it is really cool. The history is amazing and they are renovating the baths and spa rooms which look great. Looking forward to a weekend away with the wife this summer. I will be back! "
