Roosevelt Signature Massage


This Swedish massage utilizes light to moderate relaxing, soothing strokes to reduce tension, improve circulation and promote general well-being. (30, 60, 90 minutes)

Adirondack Stone Massage


Roosevelt Baths $ Spa Hot Stone Massage Warmed stones and traditional massage strokes pull tension out of the body and restores balance. (75 minutes)

Pre-natal Massage


Designed for the expectant mother after her first trimester. While cradled in comfort your tension and fatigue will dissolve. (60 minutes)

Deep Tissue Massage


This firm-pressure massage can be a total body experience or an opportunity to address and deeply relieve specific areas. (30, 60, 90 minutes)

Aromatherapy Massage
