Have a lovely soak in our New York hydrotherapy spa’s naturally effervescent mineral waters. Offered individually for 40 minutes or before any treatment for 20 minutes, guests are encouraged to relax and experience this legendary Upstate New York hydrotherapy at their leisure. Please schedule your hydrotherapy treatment prior to your arrival.

This Swedish massage & utilizes light to moderate relaxing, soothing strokes to reduce tension, & improve circulation and promote general & well-being. (30, 60, 90 minutes)

We strongly recommend that you schedule your spa appointments prior to your arrival. Reservations are subject to availability and must be guaranteed with either a credit card or a Gideon Putnam room reservation number. A 24 hour cancellation and/or change policy is in place in order to accommodate all of our guests. The Roosevelt Baths & Spa is open daily from 9 a.m. until 7 p.m. unless otherwise noted.

We will provide a robe and sandals at the spa. If you feel more comfortable, please bring your bathing suit as the steam room is a bathing suit optional area. Lockers are provided for your personal belongings. We regret that we cannot be responsible for loss or damage to personal items. Please do not bring jewelry and other valuables. As a courtesy to other guests, we ask that cell phones be turned off during your visit. Thank you.

Please arrive as early as possible before your scheduled treatment. Most guests prefer to arrive 45 minutes prior to their visit to enjoy a shower, steam, or rest in the relaxation area.  Please remember that each service is scheduled precisely and will end on time so that the next guest is not delayed. Arriving late may result in a shortened service. Thank you.

Prices are subject to change without notice. For your convenience, a service charge of 11% for all massage treatments and 10% for all aesthetic and nail treatments, payable to the therapist, is included in the price of service. Thank you.

North/South on Route 87 (Northway) Take exit 13N to route 9. Travel approximately 3 miles. At the fourth stoplight, turn left into the Saratoga Spa State Park. Take a left onto Roosevelt Drive, through the four-way stop, until the road comes to an end. Turn right and follow the road to Roosevelt Baths & Spa.
