Putnam’s Restaurant & Bar at the Gideon Putnam Resort offers gourmet cuisine served in a charmingly historic ambience. Get a glimpse of Saratoga Springs at the beginning of the last century in murals of Adirondack scenery hand-painted by Irish artist James Reynolds while you feast on food prepared by Executive Chef Matt Barton and his culinary staff. Our impressive menu includes classics, comfort food, and contemporary dishes that will delight your taste buds and awaken your senses.

Putnam’s Restaurant & Bar is open to both the public and resort guests year-round, and serves breakfast, lunch, and dinner.

Putnam’s Patio

Open from May through October, weather permitting, Putnam’s Patio is located on the back side of the hotel and provides a comfortable al fresco dining experience. Relax underneath the umbrellas or snuggle up beside the fire pits and heat lamps while you enjoy delicious cuisine and spectacular views.
