Kundalini Yoga in the Park

Kundalini Yoga is the science of changing and strengthening the radiance to give expanded life and capacity.

This class is open to everyone with or without yoga experience.
Class cost for local guests is ‘by donation’ what you feel like giving, $20 for all others guests.

The Khalsa Way Pregnancy Yoga 
with Guru Jaswant Kaur (Amy Rosen)
Our classes provide safe, simple and effective exercises designed to strengthen and relax your rapidly changing body, preparing you for conscious childbirth.  Join other pregnant women as you strengthen your physical body with yoga, and bring clarity and fearlessness to your mind through meditation, and free yourself with dance. Come share with other women in community as we create a more peaceful world through strong and conscious mothers.

Kundalini Yoga for Teens

Our teen yoga classes translate ancient scientific yogic tools into a language teenagers can understand and apply to the pressures and opportunities presented in everyday life.   Participants can
expect increased vitality, concentration, emotional equilibrium, respect for self and others and most especially a profound connection with their own greatness.

Enter thru the front door and walk to the rear of the first floor.  Please plan to be on time as you do not want to miss the centering and tuning in, it is an essential part of class.
