In this safe and relaxing workshop, you will be invited to meet your own sacred power animal by learning to journey deep within using your intention and the heartbeat of the drum. Join us for a gentle practice of Kripalu to open and energize you. Beginners are welcome to slowly warm up in this practice that focuses on developing the six directions of the spine to promote flexibility within your own limits. The practice moves through accessible yoga asanas including standing balances, pranayama (breathing exercises), and concludes with the deep relaxation of shavasana before several minutes of closing meditation. Deepen your understanding of yoga and enjoy the heartfelt benefits of this 90-minute yoga experience.

Join trainer Angel for an interval running workout for all levels of fitness. We will start with a dynamic warm-up, some complementary strength training, and finish with a deep yoga-style stretch that will leave you feeling great! Wear your sneakers, and bring water and a towel.
Nini Gridley, M.S.Ed., became internationally registered as a Bach Foundation Registered Practitioner in 2002. As a Nelsons (Bach) retail trainer, she travels throughout the Northeast providing education, consumer demonstration, and staff training in health food stores. She is dedicated to offering Dr. Edward Bach's 38 original flower remedies in her healing practice with adults, children, and animals. Nini is a dynamic workshop leader with expertise in the chakras, healing, and child development.
Nini is also a Professional Level Kripalu Yoga teacher with over 600 hours of training from Kripalu Center for Yoga and Health in Stockbridge, MA. She served on their Guest Sadhana Team teaching "Gentle", "Extended Moderate" (concluding with 30 minutes of meditation), and developing "Kids and Parents" yoga classes. Her classes are a compassionate blend of warm-ups, pranayama, sequenced asanas, shavasana, and meditation, providing a well-rounded yoga practice that is relaxing, yet energizing, for all levels of practitioners. Nini taught a wide variety of yoga classes and workshops over many years to adults and children in Massachusetts and Connecticut before relocating to Saratoga Springs, NY in 2009.
Shari Meg Parslow is a healing practitioner and teacher in the shamanic traditions, offering workshops, ceremonies, and private sessions. She has been graced with extensive studies and initiations from many esteemed shaman and healers of Peru, Ecuador, Tibet, and North America. She has been certified in the ancient wisdom teachings through Alberto Villoldo's Healing the Light Body and Master Soul and Destiny Retrieval Programs. Shari is also a devoted graduate of Brooks Greene Barton's Art of God Program and is a certified BRETH facilitator (Breath Releasing Energy for Transformation and Healing). Shari invites you to open to the truth of who you are as a creative and unlimited being.
Angel Whitbeck is a group exercise instructor, outdoor bootcamp instructor, personal trainer, triathlon coach, running coach, Revelation Wellness® instructor, and Weigh Less to Feed More® facilitator. Angle has been an instructor for 12 years, and trainer for 10, loving every minute of it! She has experience leading many different types of classes, from Silver Sneakers® to HIIT, and yoga to body sculpting. But her all-time favorites to teach are cycling, dance fitness, weight training, and preschool music and movement classes. She believes that the keys to lasting health and wellness are to find activities that you enjoy, get out of your comfort zone, and build relationships.
Angel has helped over 50 people complete their first triathlon, lead coach to 5k programs, completed an extensive 11-week faith-based health and wellness training, mentored new group exercise instructors, encourages and leads parent and child exercise classes, offers free online workouts and book studies, as well as volunteers her knowledge and experience in her community regularly.
