In this informative and lively workshop, you will learn from an expert about the original Bach Flower Remedies; a simple system of emotional healing developed in England by Dr. Edward Bach over 80 years ago. Popular now in 66 countries around the world, you'll learn how these vibrational remedies were discovered and the ways they are made from natural substances. Handouts and discussion will highlight the "indications" for each of the 38 remedies and how they are categorized for ease of selection. Questions about common negative emotional states will be welcomed as we identify which of the 38 Bach Flower remedies would help. Each participant will be invited to experience the gentle healing effects of Rescue Remedy®, the Bach Flower formula for stress. This unique blend of 5 essences was an example of the method Dr. Bach used to create combination remedies that restore emotional health, balance, and harmony that are safe for the whole family, inexpensive, and simple to use.
Power animal retrieval is an ancient indigenous healing art that can be profoundly nourishing and transformative. In this safe and relaxing workshop, you will be invited to meet your own sacred power animal by learning to journey deep within using your intention and the heartbeat of the drum. These spirit guides come to offer their protection, counsel, and vision. You will be given tools to assist you in continuing to grow this relationship as you cultivate your ability to intuit and celebrate the gifts that blossom from it.
What should I eat before exercising? What should I eat after? Should I eat or drink during a run? We will be answering these and many more questions related to nutrition and exercise. Whether you are looking for greater performance in your workouts, or weight loss, we will help you find the right foods to fuel your body pre-, post-, and during your workouts for the greatest results.
