Regular bathing in mineral water, or hydrotherapy is considered by many to be an important factor in reducing stress and improving the body’s overall functioning. At our Upstate New York spa’s Roosevelt Baths, the mineral water is combined with hot fresh water to bring the water temperature to 97º Fahrenheit; this keeps the carbonation at its peak.
The Roosevelt Baths & Spa has recently been listed in the Top 10 New York State Green Destinations and offers a full menu of services, including mineral baths, massages, facials, scrubs, body wraps, waxing, manicures, pedicures and hair styling. Any of our Upstate New York spa resort’s therapies will leave you feeling revitalized and refreshed.

New York Spa Hours
The Roosevelt Baths & Spa is open daily from 9 a.m. to 7 p.m., unless otherwise noted.
During the holiday season, our Upstate New York spa is closed on Thanksgiving Day and Christmas Day. The hours on November 26 are noon - 7 p.m., Christmas Eve hours are 9 a.m. - 4 p.m., New Year’s Eve hours are 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. and New Year’s Day hours are 11 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Appointments are recommended. Phone reservations are taken from 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. daily. Our Upstate New York spa has a 24-hour cancellation and/or change policy.
