SPAWe invite you to experience the luxury of our naturally effervescent waters located in the heart of Saratoga Spa State Park.

Guests from around the country indulge in the mineral springs. Regular bathing in mineral springs is considered by many to be an important factor in preventive health care. The mineral water is combined with hot tap water to bring the water temperature to 97º Fahrenheit. This keeps the carbonation at its peak. Using the mineral springs can have physical benefits and psychological benefits, reducing stress and strengthening the body's overall functioning.

Our Spa offers a full menu of services, including massages, facials, scrubs, body wraps, waxing, manicures, pedicures and hair styling. Any choice will leave you feeling revitalized and refreshed.

The Spa is just a 10-15 minute stroll across the park from the Gideon Putnam Resort. Use of the 1,200 square foot fitness center, steam room and locker room facilities is complimentary for resort and spa guests.

By the mid 1800's, bathing in the mineral waters had become a common health treatment. The historic Roosevelt Baths and Spa opened in 1935 as a bathhouse - part of the Saratoga Spa Complex, which includes the Gideon Putnam Resort. Guests continue to indulge in the mineral springs at the Roosevelt Baths and Spa. Many believe that regular bathing in mineral springs is an important factor in preventive health care and that using the mineral springs assists in reducing stress and strengthening the body's overall functioning.
