Bach Flowers to the Rescue w/ Nini Gridley
In this informative and lively workshop you will learn from an expert about the original Bach Flower Remedies, a simple system of emotional healing developed in England by Dr. Edward Bach over eighty years ago. Popular now in 66 countries around the world, you’ll learn how these vibrational remedies were discovered and the ways they are made from natural substances. Handouts and discussion will highlight the “indications” for each of the 38 remedies and how they are categorized for ease of selection. Questions about common negative emotional states will be welcomed as we identify which of the 38 Bach Flower remedies would help. Each participant will be invited to experience the gentle healing effects of Rescue Remedy®, the Bach Flower formula for stress. This unique blend of 5 essences was an example of the method Dr. Bach used to create combination remedies that restore emotional health, balance and harmony that are safe for the whole family, inexpensive and simple to use.

You will be given tools to assist you in continuing to grow this relationship as you cultivate your ability to intuit and celebrate the gifts that blossom from it.

Sous Chef Chris Dore
Chris Dore, Sous Chef at The Gideon Putnam, was raised in Saratoga Springs, NY. Through encouragement from his parents, Chris took a job working under Executive Chef Fabrizzo Bazzino at the age 15 where he began his professional career in a kitchen.
Two years later, Chris decided to take his Culinary passion to the most elite of Culinary Schools. He enrolled at the Culinary Institute of America where he spent the next two years fine tuning his love and passion for food. Culinary school further sparked Chris’s creativity and he was excited to continue to explore the culinary world. Chris spent the next 3 months staging at restaurants in NYC and Washington DC learning from the best in the industry. Chris brought back his new found knowledge to his roots in Saratoga Springs and helped open Forno Toscano and Max Londons.
After five years of working in Saratoga, Chris took a job under the Certified Master Chef Dale Miller. Under Miller’s direction Chris was able to fine tune his skills and put out some of the best food in Saratoga Springs.
